Our Story
Our roots go back to 1993, when the company was founded as a small family-run office bringing together accounting and IT. Thanks to this combination, we have always been able to offer clients more than traditional bookkeeping. In 2025, we spun off the accounting division into a separate company—Actacom—so we could fully focus on accounting and payroll services.

Thirty Years of Experience That Inspire Confidence
Our accounting office was founded in the 1990s, at a time when business in the Czech Republic was just beginning to grow. It began as the family company ARTEX informační systémy spol. s r.o., combining two areas—accounting and information technology. This unique model allowed us to provide clients with comprehensive services under one roof.
Over the years, we grew together with our clients—many of whom are still with us today, some for more than three decades. Their trust and loyalty are both our greatest reward and our commitment.
In 2025, we made an important decision: we separated the accounting division into a standalone company, Actacom, which now focuses exclusively on providing accounting and tax services.
To deliver even more efficient and modern services, we transitioned to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central—a robust ERP system that enables fast, clear and fully compliant accounting processes. This gives us better data oversight, simplified workflows and more time to focus on what matters most—supporting our clients.
